• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all intellectual property, text, logos, photos, links, and documents you upload or publish on your digital card ("User Content").

• License to Host: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and distribute your card content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to publish, upload, or transmit any content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or hateful.

  • Infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

  • Contains malicious code, viruses, malware, or phishing links.

  • Promotes illegal activities, spam, or unauthorized marketing.

• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct rules or engage in illegal activities without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

• Subscription Plans: Access to premium card features, analytics, and custom branding is provided under subscription plans (monthly, annual, or custom tiers).

• Billing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your account dashboard.

4. Platform Availability & Intellectual Property

• Service Availability: While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance, updates, or server issues may occasionally cause temporary downtime.

• Company Trademarks & Software: All software, website templates, branding, interface designs, and platform assets are the exclusive property of HygiZen Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software or platform code.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

• "As-Is" Service: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HygiZen Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.

Your digital card may link to third-party services, social media networks, or scheduling platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of external third-party sites.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
